The exterior architecture reinterprets traditional Middle Eastern forms through a contempo- rary lens. Jerusalem stone clads the façade, giving the villa a sense of warmth, permanence
and quiet monumentality.
At the centre of the composition, a courtyard garden with swimming pool becomes the spatial heart of the residence, creating a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior spaces.

The interiors are primarily furnished with iconic pieces by Molteni&C, complemented by bespoke elements and sculptural lighting by Lasvit. Materials, proportions, and light are carefully balanced to create an atmosphere of quiet luxury where architectural clarity and interior comfort coexist.
The upper level accommodates five private suites designed to provide intimacy and calm, while the basement level is dedicated to leisure and wellbeing, including a private cinema, spa, squash court, and squash court.
