Designed in collaboration with Matteo Nunziati and the Los Angeles–based studio Donaldson + Partners, this luxury villa in Dubai was born from a shared vision of timeless elegance and contemporary innovation.
Spanning 1,800 sqm, the residence embodies a refined balance between architecture, interior design, and lifestyle, earning its selection by ADduring Milan Design Week.

Timeless elegance, 1,800 square meters of integrated design
The exterior architecture
The exterior architecture draws inspiration from Middle Eastern tradition, reinterpreted through the
use of elegant Jerusalem stone, which lends the villa a sense of warmth, solidity, and understated monumentality. Upon entering, one is welcomed into a striking central courtyard with a garden and swimming pool—an intimate yet theatrical space conceived as the heart of the home and a seamless link between indoors and outdoors.
The ground floor
The ground floor is defined by Navona travertine flooring, meticulously designed to create the impression of a single continuous slab. This material choice unifies the home’s social areas,
including the entrance hall, decorative kitchen, dining room, living room, and majlis. These spaces can be either connected or separated through concealed sliding doors, allowing for flexibility and fluidity throughout the layout.
The interiors
The interiors are predominantly furnished with iconic pieces by Molteni&C, complemented by sophisticated Lasvit chandeliers and bespoke furnishings designed to enhance the character of each space without overwhelming it. Every element contributes to a cohesive and elegant atmosphere, where materials, proportions, and light exist in perfect dialogue.
The upper floor
The upper floor accommodates five suites and private areas conceived to ensure comfort and a sense of domestic intimacy. Below, the basement level is entirely dedicated to wellness and leisure,
offering a true retreat complete with a garage, private cinema, spa, and squash court. Altogether, the villa stands as a holistic project in which architecture and interior design merge seamlessly, creating
an exclusive living experience that is deeply rooted in its context while expressing an international vision of contemporary luxury.
