PRIVATE VILLA FORTE DEI MARMI, ITALY
Overlooking the coastline of Forte dei Marmi, this historic seaside villa is currently undergoing a carefully considered interior renovation. Developed in collaboration with Matteo Nunziati, the project reinterprets the existing spaces with restraint and clarity, creating elegant interiors while preserving the building’s original architectural identity.
The intervention is based on a refined palette of high-quality materials selected for both their aesthetic and performance qualities. Budri marble flooring, Listone Giordano wood surfaces, and Lualdi glass door systems with subtle metal detailing define the interior language of the house.
All design decisions have been developed in full compliance with heritage protection regulations, transforming existing constraints into opportunities for thoughtful architectural solutions.
