Contemporary interiors shaped around a historic seaside villa
A Refined Material Palette
Currently under renovation, the villa features a refined palette of high-quality materials selected for
both their aesthetic and performance qualities. These include Budri marble flooring, Listone
Giordano wood surfaces, and Lualdi glass door systems enriched with subtle metal detailing.
Understated Elegance
Furnishings by Molteni&C have been chosen for their understated presence and precise formal
language, helping to define a contemporary yet composed atmosphere throughout the home. The
result is a discreet and sophisticated intervention that refreshes the villa while honoring its
character, creating a refined residence in harmony with its seaside setting.
